I am a long-time Sunday plan holder in the Mezzanine and received my postseason ticket package yesterday. I paid for them within minutes of receiving my invoice because they were to be issued on a "first come, first served basis".
Sorry for venting, but I was issued seats in the middle of the Upper Reserved section because as the ticket sales representative told me, "MLB had reserved a large number of lower level seats."
Baseball has become way too much of a business in my opinion, and I feel they are again sticking it to the fan. I just hope I get a chance to use some of these.
That being said, tonight was the most dramatic win of the year! Great clutch performances by R. Martinez, Cancel, Church, Smith, and Beltran. Awesome!
Lastly, here's a pic of the lone Shea memorabilia I will be buying. I figured for the price, I could have been caught stealing something and pay much higher lawyer fees, so what the hell.
