Manny already donated the car to the Franciscan Hospital for Children. They are auctioning the car as a tax-deductible fund raiser to help sick kids.

you didn't get his intent wrong! that pile of crap on wheels is just about the only thing manny being moody donated to charity the whole friggin time people were throwing gold coins at him while he was ungratefully lounging around in boston!
