View Article  Harold Reynolds is Back
Deadspin reports that former ESPN broadcaster and major leaguer Harold Reynolds found a new job since being fired last year for alleged inappropriate behavior.

Reynolds will now be working at MLB.com as a broadcaster. Here is the press release.

As I have often said, Reynolds was the best part of Baseball Tonight and since his departure it has become extremely hard to watch. They should have fired John Kruk and Steve Philips for idiocy before they fired Reynolds.

Michael Morrissey at the New York Post points out that Roger Clemens will pitch against the Mets Friday night at Yankee Stadium.

I'm going to this game and really want to see Clemens get shelled. As much as I respect his on the field accomplishments, there are few players I despise more than him.

Matthew Cerrone over at Metsblog.com gives us his take on the seemingly underwhelming finale of The Sopranos last night.

After having a looong weekend, I was really looking forward to the series finale last night. I was definitely pissed off after the show but after reading some reviews and getting some different perspectives such as this one, I feel a little better. We always want instant gratification but this show has rarely provided that, so why now right? Granted there are way bigger fans of the show than I am...I thought some of the middle seasons were boring, but all in all it's definitely in my top 10 all time.

         **METS FUN FACT**

In 1966, the Mets chose not to select Reggie Jackson with the first overall pick. Instead, they took Steve Chilcott, a catcher who would never make it to the Major Leagues.
